Estimates provided are non-binding until accepted in writing. Prices may change based on scope, materials, site conditions, or changes you request.

4. Payment Terms:

Payment details, schedule, deposits, and forms accepted (e.g., credit card, ACH, cash) will be stipulated in the specific contract.

You agree to pay invoices within the agreed time. Late payments may incur interest or fees.

5. Client Obligations:

You (the client) agree to:

• Provide access to the property, necessary utilities, and safe working conditions

• Disclose any relevant information (surfaces, repairs, hazards)

• Be available for site inspections and decisions in a timely manner

6. Warranties / Guarantees:

We guarantee our workmanship for a period of 3 months under normal conditions of use. This covers detachment, chipping, or failures due to workmanship, but does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, negligence, natural disasters, or external alterations.

7. Limitation of Liability:

To the extent permitted by law, Osorios Renews LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages. Our liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in question.

8. Intellectual Property:

All content on this site (text, images, graphics, logos) is owned or licensed by us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish without written permission.

9. Termination:

Either party may terminate a service agreement in writing under conditions specified in the contract (e.g., nonpayment, breach). Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment for completed work.

10. Modifications:

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
